excellent buffet style breakfast and a really good variety of produce available. the bedroom had a huge comfy bed and was spotless. the situation was superb for easy access to the historical castle and priory and the beaches. Also an easy walk int Tynemouth and Whitley Bay.

Beautiful location with a walk down to the shore of the Loch. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, quality was excellent and the service very good with helpful staff. The bathroom in particular had been beautifully done.

For the money it was a small room. In common with many other hotels there wasn't much in the way of storage. Just 4 hangers and a couple of small drawers. The lighting around the dressing mirror is totally inadequate.

The location was excellent. Close to the station and only 15 minutes to the centre of London or airport. The hosts were lovely. The room spacious and comfortable. Very modern and light. Will definitely stay again.

The continental breakfast could have offered a bit more fresh fruit.

I did not realise this hotel was on top of Wetherspoons, being a Friday night it was noisy, our air con was very temperamental we had to get the lady to come to our room to help us, the switch for the kettle didn’t work so we plugged it into the other switch and it worked, the stairs in the main hall was filthy, and tbh for the price we paid for the room I’ve certainly stayed in better hotel, breakfast was limited I like continental and my partner likes full English, so no continental only a box of cereal, and a choice of full English or eggs Benedict, and if u want more than one cup of tea it’s a £1 ????? I think poor for £150 a night stay plus paying for parking £12 for 24 hours So not the best place we have stayed we won’t be retuning

Comfortable bed, with the view of Falmouth Harbour in glorious weather.

The view was great although I had to peer through the scaffolding which I didn't know about when booking! A bit noisy downstairs but it all stopped when the inn closed at 11.00 pm sharp!
