Extremely dirty. Hair, crumbs and dirt all over the floor. Grease and stains in the cupboards with glassware. Some cups dirty. Walls/flooring in appalling state. Severe mould in the shower. Grease stain on the side of the cooker. Pictures on the listing do not represent the reality. Wouldn't stay again even if would be desperate. Yes cheap but does it mean that the place should be dirty.

Location to town fab 2 minutes drive to tatten Park. Lovely spacious room. Staff very friendly Meals in pub are excellent Great variety of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Even though rooms are above the pub heard no noise at night.

Location was great , staff were really friendly and room was clean and liked the ice machine on our floor, karen helped us check out and done it really quickly which we needed as we were catching an early train

The location is excellent, directly adjacent to the Paddington station. The room was clean but up two full flights of stairs which was difficult for us older travellers with heavy suitcases.

Warm welcome from staff who were wonderful. Well appointed room with lovely view of the canal. In the heart of the town.

There is a nearby building with the same address. Sat nav took us to that premises. It was a derelict set of townhouses. Workers in nearby cafe searched internet for other address and without their help we would have left for Halifax. Also contact number we had had been discontinued. Nervous about having to leave hire car in public carpark a short distance from the townhouse.

The apartment was great stylistically. And beautiful. And only the glasses were clean.

The apartment was great stylistically, but terrible on hygiene. The bed was full of long hair, the whole kitchen smelled damp, the fridge smelled of onions and the dishes (Coffee Cups) weren't clean, coffee stains. The cutlery had food on them. The dining table was dirty the dining chair had a white stain on it. There was a lot of banging in the hallway at night. And being pregnant it was very hygienic.

The room had 1 3 point plug. Not good. The hotel was not clean. The cleaning of my room was not good.
