Location was good! We have stayed here before and the hotel is ok. I chose this hotel for the Club lounge facilities and I booked 3 club rooms for my family for my husbands 50th Birthday. Sally in the club lounge is absolutely amazing, she is charming and treat us like old friends, she is a consummate professional.

The cleanliness of the spa area wasn’t great! Everything was too much trouble for most of the staff with the exception of the breakfast staff who work so hard as does Sally in the club lounge! I booked 3 club rooms for my family at over £700 and prior to our arrival informed the staff the purpose of the trip was my husbands 50th birthday, and asked if there was anything at all they could do to make it more special, and clearly there wasn’t! No effort whatsoever, bearing in mind I could have stayed at the Malmaison for less cost! Very disappointing. We had just returned from staying in London and that hotel knew who we were when we checked in and wished my husband a happy birthday, that kind of attention to detail is sadly lacking here! If you want something more than just an average hotel room I would suggest giving this hotel a miss!

Nothing. The property was a scam, my card details were obtained and attempted to have all different amounts taken from it in £s, €s and $s. My card was also used linked to multiple other sites for payments to be attempted from them. My bank had to cancel my card and the police are now involved. Scam, scam, scam!

Good size property, loved the conservatory. Great location, and it had everything you'd need. Really good WiFi and good outdoor space at rear. Lots to do nearby, and you've got Loch Ness a bit further afield.

Bed in main bedroom was too low and not that comfy. Remote controls for the TV didn't work, so we had to control it manually, but as we only watch it at night, we got by. Apart from that, it was ideal.

We paid extra to take our 2 dogs £40 for 2 nights. As we paid I feel that our room was shoddy. Plug hanging off the wall and only 1 bin and a stained carpet. I think we should have had a better room. If we had not paid extra for the dogs I would have accepted more easily.
