When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We had an amazing stay, the room was incredibly clean, spacious and had a gorgeous bathroom and jacuzzi bath The staff were the highlight, though. The little things matter. We asked a question about a waterfall we wanted to see, and we had 2 staff members come out separately to help us. I am a picky eater, and wanted xyz to eat, not usually on the menu as such. But they sorted it for me as if nothing was too much trouble They also helped me with rubbish from my car, which I was cleaning out myself, and to my surprise, a lovely lady asked if she could help. I declined, politely, but it just showed how lovely the staff are Thanks for a lovely time!

We liked the convenience of walking directly from the airport to the hotel. We had an issue with collecting our car from the Meet and Greet car park on the morning of our departure together with several other families. Airport staff were helping but we were welcomed into the Ibis lounge and provided with coffee while the issue was resolved. For this we were very grateful.

We were not reminded on check in that the Tea/coffee was not available in our room but on the 1st floor. We would have bought a coffee from the bar if we had known as it was after midnight when we entered our room following a long day of travel and not appropriate to go looking for the free coffee. Our room was on the 8th floor. The heating was on in the room and even the door handle was hot to touch. The blind on the window was in a bad condition and impossible to move up or down easily.

Really pleasant stay, the breakfast was a great experience which we thought was comparable with a 3-4 stars hotel experience. The staff was great and friendly. For walks and visiting there are plenty of things to do and especially that the Aquarium is just at the back of the Roomz and there is a back garden which takes you straight there and the landscape is really nice.

There are not many options to go out to eat but they are good most of those available.

Very clean property with lovely setup in rear garden for any smokers as it has a canopy with seating. Located in a quiet pleasant area with more than ample parking and close to town centre.

Not having a fridge in the room was a big negative for us. Apparently there is a fridge somewhere for guests to put things, but we like to have wine and cheese in our room. The shower space was very tiny, although the bathroom was spacious. Car parking was very expensive. (The valet staff were lovely though) We didn’t eat at the hotel because the prices were too high

Brought customers to the hotel to entertain them with dinner and drinks but they had run out of the Tribute, Moretti and Amstel. Very unapologetic, blamed having to wait for a delivery rather than there inability to hold stock. There were nine of us and my customers were not happy that they couldn't have the draught drink of their choice so we left and had dinner at the Rose of India across the road who appear to know how to manage their stock. We then all had a very uncomfortable nights sleep as there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
