The property is nice but unfortunately on arrival the cleaning had not been done due to a mix up but fair play I did get a text to explain this problem But unfortunately the cooker did not work and kept tripping the main electrics I reported this problem and they got back to me on the day I was leaving therefore a cost to myself of having to eat out even after buying meals to eat in which was oven cook only. Not good at quick response and resolving issues

This is a beautiful 1 bedroom flat. It is compact but ideal for the price. We got the tram from waverley and it was a 5 min walk from Leith walk so very handy. The owner met us with the keys and she was really lovely. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very reasonably priced compared to others in the area

Lucy is a brilliant host; very welcoming and amusing. Our 'sea view' room lived up to expectations and was very comfortable with a good en-suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent. The bus into Dartmouth was a bonus allowing us a great day out without having to drive.

We can't think of anything relating to the host or property, but be aware that the lanes leading to Stoke Fleming and the village itself are quite narrow in places.

The chalet was very well equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Lovely veranda to sit on when the sun shines. Great host, met us there and answered any questions we had.

The bedroom decors could do with a refresh, but you only go to sleep, so not really an issue. It was clear the kitchen area and bathroom have recently been upgraded. Mostly clean, just evidence of previous dogs with their hair in places.

I was out in wrong room , tried put me on 9 th floor when I have disability and vertigo , they changed it second floor I booked this months before and upset they didn’t accommodate me
