Amazing - you can tell they really care about the property and the service they’re providing. They keep it clean, comfy and tidy - a lot of thought has been behind making a small space feel like home and it’s perfect for a few nights stay as it’s 10-15 minutes to Manchester City centre which was £7 in taxi or there is easy public transport routes. It was my partners 30th surprise so I mentioned this too them and if they could leave a note but the hosts went above and behind and in fact put up banners, lay out balloon and got him a card. Was an extremely kind and personal touch to walk into. Although I did not meet the host they gave thorough instructions on how to get in to the property and where to pop our shoes to keep the property extra clean for future visitors. Fantastic little spot and I am very glad I found it - thank you for such a lovely stay (:

Very happy with reception staff who went out of their way to help me accommodate my son on a sports trip. Son and husband stayed and hotel was clean, we'll kept and comfortabel on large campus near university and sports grounds they needed to visit.

Breakfast very good. Staff amazing. My room needed decorating, paint coming off wall, tv and radio wouldn’t work, pillows could have been plumper. The newly refurbished downstairs was fabulous, a big difference from when I stayed before.

On arrival at Opel apartments in city centre to be told we were not staying there. We had to get a 15 minute taxi ride to where we were staying. We booked city centre for accessibility as we had a member of our group who has Parkinson’s disease. We also had restaurants & a concert booked which we also planned the apartment location to be in walking distance. The receptionist also said it was a 10 minute walk, it took 25 mins in a taxi on Friday tea time. We spent £80 in taxi fares

Cleaners had not done their job properly. Blinds in main bedroom dirty. Cobwebs under fireplace. Dirt behind chest in 2nd bedroom. Cobwebs in Main living room. Dirty deluxe windows. Unclean baking trays.
