  We loved the location of the property. The room was very comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good as was the daily breakfast. What sets this property apart is the wonderful staff who gave us some much assistance as my husband has a disability. Special mention of Eloise, Lucia, Kirsten, and the wonderful ladies at breakfast Diana and Jemima.

  The location is good, tower hill tube station is attached.

  This hotel is not family friendly at all. There are special hours that kids are allowed to use the pool, and the lifeguards will constantly harass the kids to be quiet and stop jumping. Kids are not welcome. The air conditioning doesn’t work in a lot of the rooms. We were cooking all week and didn’t get any sleep.

  For. 4* hotel breakfast 2* Scrambled eggs were inedibleI wondered if used powdered egg? Overcooked. Cumberland sausage appeared to be beef. Frozen rather than fresh berries. I think little croissants fine but people from other parts of Europe would be disappointed in continental aspect
