Fantastic location, not far from centre with handy tesco express and pub next door. Amazing staff all really lovely Kind and helpful. The car park underneath is secure and accessible by a pin code, so you know the car is safe. Room key card is also to turn the lights on in the room and used to access the floors via the lift and to get into the hotel at night. Loads of seating in the bar area and a great selection of drinks, they even have a section of chocolate and crisps to purchase and a bar menu Loads of takeaways that deliver. Taxi's everywhere, longest had to wait for an Uber was 2 minutes. Aircon in the room is perfect for hot days, like when we stayed. Plugs near the bed, smart TV as well as hair dryer, iron and ironing board Complementary breakfast was great as free. Everyone was really friendly and the things to do nearby were great.

The sun shined through the sides of the blind. The bathroom door was a joint slide door with the wardrobe, so if pushed towards the bathroom, the wardrobe was open and vice versa, because of this, the door never actually shuts properly, making it a little uncomfortable. Would have been disappointed if had to pay extra for the breakfast, and some of the cups were still dirty

Lovely property that was clean and well presented. Nice little extras like tea, coffee and biscuits provided! Good internet and parking space! Owners were very communicative. I would stay again!!

Missing a few small finishings such as no wardrobe so could not hang my items that crease easily (although there is plenty of room to put one in), the lamp did not work on the bedside table and the kitchen was lacking essential items that I would say you needed for a self-catering stay e.g tin opener and only had 1 sauce pan to cook with.

Phone call answered quickly with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment. apartment was very spacious, clean, and tidy with everything we needed.

We booked B&B and had to make our own breakfast with limited supplies. The shower/toilet room was small with the smallest wash basin I had ever seen. There was little space on the worktop. This could be increased by wall mounting the TV and providing a smaller kettle. The safety of putting a microwave in the cupboard below the worktop is questionable. We were asked to clean crockery. Cleaning materials were provided but no cloths to wipe with.
