Great thought was given to preparing our room, with little surprise gifts and warm and welcoming messages on our mirrors. The room was a perfect family room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff in the hotel were excellent, with a caring and helpful nature.

The decor in the corridors do need painting and some of the ceiling panels need replacing. Plus the pool area, especially the corridors, need painting and repair.

The people running the place are amazing warm friendly and very supportive! The breakfast was incredible! The hotel has lots of character and I wonder if it’s been used as a filming location?

A lovely B&B, clean and well maintained. Sits to the north of the Tower but has a tram stop across the road so everything is within quick, easy reach.

The WiFi was out the whole time we were there which unfortunately they couldnt control. They had set up a lobby WiFi the last day we were there which was helpful but a little late haha.

Used bedding lying in bundles along the corridors after checking in at 3.00pm. Had to wash the mugs in the room before first use as they were stained with tea / coffee runs Mirrors and TV contaminated with a dried spillage of some substance. Other than basic good hygiene practices, we have not long been out of the pandemic

Claims to be a "bed and breakfast" this is a lie. They do not provide a breakfast, they instead give u a 20% discount voucher to the cafe downstairs. They also claim the rooms to be "soundproof" this is an even bigger lie. I was woken up at 4.30am by the delivery driver dropping off milk etc to said cafe and other shops downstairs, which took over an hour. Would not recommend this place unless you are desperate.
