- Located in proximity to all the touristic attractions, restaurants and shops (all in walking distance) - In the vicinity of a calm park - Extremely friendly staff on place and via chat (we encountered a heating/ warm water issue and Stephanie from the chat helped us solve it, for which we are very grateful) - Modern design and facilities (e.g. kitchen appliances) - Free necessities (coffee, towels) available 24/7

We were assigned a ground floor room next to some constantly working machines (air-conditioning?) situated outside, in the garden. They did not look nice (booked a garden view), were quite noisy and the people visiting the garden could peek into our apartment. When we arrived there was nobody at the reception anymore, so we could not ask for a room swap. That was an annoyance as we stayed there for 9 nights. For noise-sensitive people garden side is worth booking though, as the hotel is situated at a quite busy road.

Location. Age and appearance of building. Parking available. Bar and food choice very good. Breakfast choice extensive and well cooked. Charming and helpful staff. Swimming pool not available for us on this stay but would be an asset.

It was modern, stylish and comfortable. The hot tub with outside space was very relaxing, you can open up the glass wall and watch the huge tv.

We are in a family room and the beds were too close to the wall, so difficult to get out so had to tslide down to bottom of bed to get out the beds were also very creaky. . Our bathroom had an awful smell from it. The walls were paper thin. It was so hot, the bathroom had someone else hair all over floor and on bath and shower.

I stayed in the presidential suite for 2 nights recently with my 7 year lad daughter.i can not believe the state off the room it’s shocking the condition it’s in.i will attach the pictures below and the I would like a refund!!!!
