Staff were nice. Room was comfortable. Very disappointed that there was no restaurant open for an evening meal and no cooked breakfast. Your reviews raved about the cooked breakfast and pub food but we were told once we arrived that it was not available!

It’s located in the centre of the lovely village of Reeth. I was visiting with friends who were staying in various locations nearby, so it was perfect for me. Very nice, comfortable beds, lovely staff and good breakfasts.

My only disappointment was that my room only had a small window and didn’t have a view but as I was mainly there just to sleep, that was fine.

Location was excellent. Cottage was comfortable. Beds had lovely clean bedding.Friendly pub close by.

Kitchen was a bit spartan in terms of pans and utensils. Some food debris still on dining table and in a couple of kitchen cupboards but generally quite clean otherwise. Height restrictions for tall people in upstairs bedroom.

Very nice room with an amazing view

The only problem with the entire stay was that the toilet seat would sometimes fall down when I was using the toilet

Just about everything: - elevator not working - insistence that I was located on the top floor up numerous stairs even when I asked to be moved because of the broken elevator - being told I was second priority to a coach group - no hot water when I arrived for a shower - thumping music coming through the walls/floor of my room until way after midnight from a bar next door (under my room) - being forgotten at breakfast so I only had (soggy) toast (brown and white when I asked for white) no cooked breakfast offered until I had been sat there for over half an hour by which time I had to go - the most uncomfortable bed/mattress - bedroom furniture which should have been replaced years ago (all the varnish/stain worn away on the edges) - rotten window frames And the price: given everything I listed above and it still cost£94.50!
