Everything was very clean, location is near from the airport. There was no problem to check in after midnight. Stay would be more comfortable if it was possible to make coffee or tea in the room. Brakefast was good and started very early.

Our room was quite spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was good and had lots of choices. The staff where helpful and polite I asked for vegetarian sausages and they where very happy to help.

The location of our room meant it could be a bit noisy at times No noise from the road but noise from music in bar till about 12.30 However it is a pub so only to be expected and the pluses made up for this minus

Two members of staff arguing behind the bar in the evening and one lady on at breakfast who was trying to do everything whilst her children were waiting for her. Room was scruffy, skirting boards almost hanging off, mouldy bathroom seals, hair covered throw cushion - I could go on …really poor with no comfort. There were signs asking customers to bear with whilst renovations done, but you can’t charge top rates when standards are so poor. Music until late and very much a room above a pub. Not happy for the money.

Was a very nice, well presented and clean room.

The heating did not work, we tried to get it working but the boiler gave an error so would not fire up but we did have hot water. Didn't have a place to hang clothes. For us it wasn't an issue as we were only there a night but if you were to stay longer you might need it.

We booked this for our wedding anniversary On arrival we checked in went to room , was not room I booked was hairs on bed and a bug , stains on walls and carpet , bathroom had black mould round shower wardrobe doors rusted at bottom not clean at all went to reception to complain says no more rooms available even though I checked hotel website , was told check your terms and conditions we receptionist handed keys back to her and we left the hotel totally disgusted at the attitude and was not prepared to resolve our complaints about the room
