1. Location! Location! Location! It's very close to the office I need to go, right next to the metro station "Bank" 2. 1. the pre-check-in process was a bit confusing to me, as I didn't receive 'online check-in' email, but I got message asking me to follow the online check-in email... In the end it was fine, but it could be improved 2. the duvet quality is not good, the down/feature filled in the duvet were not evenly distributed, causing some parts of duvet is much thinner than the other (not only in my room. my colleague said the same in their rooms), which caused some uncomfortable sleep to me

The room was nice, and the facilities were good for a one-night stay. The location is relatively central. The room was clean, and all the devices, such as the hair dryer or the shower, worked adequately. The self check-in worked well.

We requested a twin room, but when we arrived, there was only one double bed. Upon contacting the staff, they could not fix this issue or move us to a different room. We were given an additional duvet but had to sleep on the double bed. The room was also quite stuffy, and the duvets were too warm for the spring.

Hotel is in a very good location, close to Paddington and a short metro ride from King's Cross/St Pancras. The metro stop (Edgware Road) is also very close. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Everything feels new.

Rooms are a tad small and not thoroughly cleaned (I could find long hair in the bathroom!). This can happen, but might be a good idea to take a look into this.

We had a fantastic stay in The Old Hop Kiln Barn. The room is spacious and clean with everything one needs on a trip. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back

The hotel is in a nice location, close to city centre and by a lake. The bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom. Room was clean. Price was cheap.

The bathroom seemed to have been renovated but the rest of the room was dated. One of the lamps beside the bed was not working, I’m sure it could be easily fixed but, other than when I was checking out, I never saw a member of staff at the reception desk. Probably because the property is quite old, there does not seem to be any form of soundproofing, you hear every door slam and conversations from neighbouring rooms. It’s a shame because the bed is very comfortably but noise made it difficult to sleep. However, given that the room rate was pretty cheap when I stayed, overall, it’s not that bad.
