Clean, fresh room, ensuite shower,no bath, tea and coffee provided with kettle, microwave Beautiful location and village although we didn't explore as the purpose of our visit was to meet our newborn granddaughter who is in lumphinnans and that's where we spent all our time. TV had Freeview and fire stick as well as Chromecast which was very thoughtful . Lovely garden and liked the fact we had private and secure entrance. Very nice and comfortable all in all and any messages to staff were answered immediately. Would definitely stay again and explore the staff suggestions listed in room and site.

no breakfast,no where to go for breakfast nearby, location is quite a drive to nearest town shops and cafes. The signal wasn't too stable on TV. No sugar provided for drinks only sweetener. Only 2 cups to use and nothing to wash them out with. Not enough toilet roll for the duration had to ask but was provided immediately.

The onwers of the place were courteous and helped us a lot, they were extremely welcoming and friendly. Even though we were a bit late, they still prepared a dinner for us at the restaurant, which was insanely delicious. The room was large, beautiful, and very comfortable and atmospheric. Would warmly recommend!

Lovely hosts and delicious breakfast. They managed the tightrope between leaving us to our own devices and helping us with local information. They were generous and welcoming. And as a lovely surprise, there were swifts nesting by our window.

Room service was a little disappointing. Bins were not emptied and empty tissues not replaced. Biscuits were not replaced, though plenty of tea and coffee.
