  Terrible I booked the hotel and when I reached there they are saying someone already occupied your room you can’t stay so I asked for a refund and they refused the refund. How it is possible when I reached there there is nobody at the property and call them and they answered after ages and saying you can’t stay and they didn’t given my refund also Please never stay in this property

  The property was very clean with good sized rooms. We liked that there was an extra toilet as well as the one in the bathroom. It was in a fantastic location for us visiting The Queen’s Club which was just a few streets away.
- Negative section of review
  
  The only negative was the television. Not sure if it was old, but we struggled getting it to work with the remote control (maybe new batteries needed?). Disappointed as couldn’t get terrestrial/freeview channels. We did watch live TV via iPlayer but couldn’t get ITVX to work.

  Took about 20 mins to check in, as online booking didn't appear on their system. Host was very friendly tho. Do provide a mini bag of toiletries and cook ware all sealed which was nice.

  Room was on the shabby side, with paint damage on walls, scuffed furniture, very sharp 'push' door plate on the kitchen door.
