i waited in the rain for access to the premises for over 30 minutes. I called the reception 4 times and was told to stand at front of building and a groundman would let us in after the first call. Then i called again and was told that the groundman was on his way. On the third call i was told they were sorry to keep me waiting but the groundman was doing a small repair and they would chase him up Finally i called to say i was getting extememly angry as the reception had called me earlier that evening and i said id be there at 7pm which i was, and it was now 7:40. pm. when he eventually arrived i asked what had taken him so long and his reply was he was having his dinner. this and the accomodation are not what id expected. The accomodation from outside looked abandoned and inside the room had a stale smell. the bathroom shower had no curtain and the tile area was mould. the toilet pan was rust and dirty looking.

The room was big, clean and quiet. We slept very well. Shower was excellent. Nice staff and good service.

The auto shut off faucet in bathroom was not convenient to use. No elevator in the building so I had to pull all my luggage up to level 3. Not much to eat for breakfast.
