The food in the restaurant was amazing, the glamping pods were very comfortable, the staff went out of their way to show us around and make sure we were happy. We brought our little dog, and they offered to look after him while we used the sauna and hot tub. The owner invited us to look at the stars through his telescope and was happy to talk to us at length.”

We used the washing facility all our clothes came back clean ironed & folded smelling fabulous So look no further Beautiful place Beautiful people Thanks and look forward to coming back soon”

  The location was in the middle of a business district. Very quiet on weekends (but still some things open) and very busy during the week. The apartment looked very clean and new. It was small but that's to be expected in central London. The shower and toilet were modern and new, there were USB sockets near the bed and in the kitchen, air conditioning was quiet and efficient, etc. It was also close to a number of tube and train stations which made travel quiet easy. The nicest thing were the staff. Every person we met was always friendly and helpful.

  Small things... the bar stools were too high for the kitchen desk so eating was uncomfortable. The nearest tube station has no lifts so it's a bit of a slog.

  Very comfortable and clean with plenty of room for two (and a dog!). A nice touch with the bread, milk, butter and eggs in the fridge, although we were too busy to make use of them. Great comms leading up to the visit, and the short information pack in the property filled in any blanks. Nice smart TV in the lounge. No hesitation to return if we ever need accommodation in the area in future.

  We love to barbeque when the weather is good, and if we'd been visiting for a holiday rather than it being to help out a relative who lives in the vicinity this would be a very welcome addition to the facilities. Maybe something to think about, although I know they can be a bind if guests don't clean them properly after using them.

  I had a fantastic stay. It is a lovely property, very comfortable and excellent facilities. To top it all off, Miles is the ultimate host. He truly cares about giving his guests a first class service and is a lovely guy to chat to and get to know.

  This was my fault entirely but room was small and being on front of hotel there was a lot of traffic noise. I should have looked more carefully and booked a ' lake view' room and will do so if we visit again.
