The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It was my second time there in three months. The hotel contacted me in advance and asked if I am coming for a reason. I replied my birthday and upon check in, was upgraded, Executive Room was great and comfortable. Thank you for making my trip even more special. The location is ideal for everywhere I wanted to go, shopping, restaurants and a play. All within walking distance.

Our room (no. 8) had a big flue outside the bathroom window over the kitchens and it was very noisy at night. We could hear what seemed like a boiler firing up all through the night, which led to disturbed sleep. We were the only guests for our first night, but there were a few more staying on our second night. We had friends joining us for dinner and although it was only 10pm the staff were very noisy setting up the tables for breakfast, making it obvious they wanted us out of the way. When we went to see our friends off in the car park we found they had shut the front door on us. Luckily they hadn't locked us out!

The room we were in had an overpowering air freshener smell, along with the corridor leading to the room - like to the point of needing to turn off the air fresheners at the wall in order to get to sleep. Given how immaculately clean the room was I did wonder what smell was being masked?

Cleanliness was awful didnt even look like it had been hoovered never mind wiped down, there where bits all over the floor and in the bathroom there were body hair every where. Was trying to just cut my loses and book a nearby hotel but they were full so had to stay the night. Then there was the bed, really uncomfortable as it was just two singles pushed together and there's was a gap in the middle of the bed. Not just that the one mattress was higher than the other so yea not a good night sleep at all. trying to get code for the door was harder than expected. You had to fill out two forms and then wait for reply that took for ever, so checked in way past my expected check in time and the information on the emails didn't really explain alot so took couple of phone calls to get into the room. Don't recommend at all
