no breakfast, nice hotel friendly staff easy to commute in & out of city to the OVO Hydro. Nice touch of TEA/COFFEE in the entrance. The room spacious. plenty of tea coffee available in room

no ice available or fridge in room so cold drinks were warm, room a bit tired, bit of debris under bed and behind desk. very small bin filled up very quickly and was not emptied while we were there.

Our room had a lot of character and very comfortable with lovely bath. Dinner was exceptional [best meal while in the UK] - Salt & Pepper Squid and Lamb Rump]. Breakfast also very good.

There was no on site parking but fortunately we were able to secure park immediately opposite our room in the street so no problem. While the service was great it was a little unusual the desk was not fully manned.

Laura was trying to be as helpful as she could despite me arriving ahead of the official check in time. It certainly was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I didn't receive any joining instructions after I had booked and it took me ages to get my key once I had arrived. There was building work taking place on the floor that I was staying and as a result there was no WIFI. The apartment itself was certainly big but none of the bins had been emptied, one of the bedrooms had damp towels hanging up in it. I found a half used pot of yoghurt in the fridge and some fruit. And there seemed to be just lots of discarded stuff in the drawers ranging from spanners to nail polish bottles. The water didn't get very hot. I really wondered if I was in an actual apartment or if I had been put into a flat that someone had vacated quickly just to make room for me. The decor of the apartment wasn't to my taste but I'm sure that mirrored furniture and lots of sparkly stuff would appeal to a different demographic or traveller.

I think it should stated in particulars that it was 'on street parkng' for the car. It was a narrow, but fairly busy road, opposite a bus stop.

I booked a single room for £151 for the night. It was expensive and very, very small. Narrow single bed, every time I turned, I hit the corner wardrobe. Very uncomfortable. Would also suggest blackout blind as curtains too long and interfered with sleep. Also room on top floor, 8 flights of stairs, no lift....

About pool bcz we can't bookings pool from first to last day of stay and I want to book you have limited slots and also you don't have time like Monday or more time to 9pm you should to improve this thing as possible as soon either every thing is good

Left my sunglasses there , rang up he said he has to wait to speak to the cleaners when it was the next day it should be put in lost property he did not really care and they was expensive ! So obviously been robbed
