The staff were absolutely outstanding, truly wonderful people and great at their jobs. 10/10 for the staff. One night the chef made incredible chips but terrible pasta. The following night I had the best pizza, would pay far more at any chain and not get anywhere near the flavour, however the accompanying chips were hilariously bad. The chefs need to talk to each other and the food here would be consistently fantastic.

No electricity or water upon arrival, kettle in the room was truly rotten, the tv didn’t work (I fixed it) the breakfast was never available as an actual meal. Could get bits and pieces but not worth the money. Fire alarm went off at 6am, building work was absolutely ridiculous at 7:30am the same morning. Impossible to get good rest after working at a festival. Was a truly awful morning.

Budget hotel. No frills but clean and staff were friendly. The 'grab and go' breakfast was basic but did what it said on the tin. Room was spacious and quiet. This hotel is basic but value for money. 24hour reception was good. Good coffee from a machine was available included in the stay if you had booked their breakfast offering. Parking was a plus.

We stayed for 2 nights, everything was perfect. Andrew was a perfect host, waiting for us to show us the chalet and give us information about the area. The house was clean and spacious. The town centre is only 10 minutes from the chalet. Perfect location and choice to explore the highlands.

Central location to many amenities. Was great that there was a space for car parking, with being so close to the city centre you didn’t need to use the car to go out to explore. Very clean and had great and quick communication with the owners.

To be honest it exceeded my expectations. A decent, clean and affordable hotel! After spending a night in an expensive 5 star Country House i must say this stay was way better!

The lady had decorated the room with balloons for my sons 21st birthday left a bottle of bucks fiz and sweets and a 21 keyring. This was a beautiful gesture made his day
