Location was perfect, a convenient walk to shops and trains while in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed to cook, live, and enjoy our time as a family (loved the board games and the generous breakfast provisions.) Hot tub was great. Excellent value!

Whenever I visit London, this is my accomodation of choice! Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location with Oxford street and the west end theatres just a few minutes walk away.

I am 74 years old and didn't like all the stairs I had to climb and the rabbit Warren of corridors to reach my room. However, it's an old building, so not unexpected.

The lift was out of order, they have had problem’s getting it fixed, I have problems with lower legs and getting up and down stairs, also with getting luggage up and down.

The lack of hygiene was ridiculous. Upon entering the room we found 2 bed bugs on our bedding which a staff member also witnessed. We called a team member & requested for new bedding which they had refused & told us that it wasn’t bed bugs. I also took videos for evidence. We felt uncomfortable staying there due to this but had no other choice as we had paid a fair amount for the booking & stayed there for 4 nights. Our tv remote was missing so the tv had to be replaced.
