Everything. The owners were so welcoming, a lovely couple, so friendly and helpful. The premises so comfortable and clean, the room was lovely, everything you needed, and breakfast was fabulous. Not too far a walk into Keswick, but plenty of parking if you drive in if you have too much shopping to carry !!!!

Absolutely beautiful family run hotel with very comfortable rooms that have everything you need,staff were so friendly and helpful especially David the front of house manager he could not do enough for us , breakfast was outstanding,I would definitely recommend the Sneaton .

Hot tube did not heat with all the wood we used. The pizza over was not clear on how to use a there was not the right equipment left for you to make the pizza. Even when we went to use the inside over there was no oven trays ect

Had a poor stay at this accommodation for a number of reasons: 1) The accommodation stated there was free car parking. Upon finding the car park (eventually) there were signs up saying you needed a permit in your windscreen which we were not provided. Someone was also parked in the bay marked number 5 which I believe related to our flat. We had to park elsewhere and use Ubers. Rang the number provided and they didn’t really help. 2) In the instructions is said there would be two sets of keys in the lockbox. There was only one on arrival. 3) There was one towel and one bath mat left on the double bed eventhough the booking was for 3 people. We searched both wardrobes and cupboards for additional towels and there was nothing. I then found damp linen, towels and bedding in the washer that had just been left. 4) In the bathroom there was only two toilet rolls, both that only had about half on. 5) In the kitchen area the smoke alarm was covered with a black bin bag. 6) For the sofa bed there was a quilt shoved in the utility cupboard that had no duvet cover on and there was no cover available. The duvet also had some stains on it. There was no sheet to lie on so I had to use the throw that was over the sofa when we arrived. Likewise there was no cover on the pillows. 7) On the double bed there was staining on the fitted sheet and upon stripping the bed when leaving, there was staining on the mattress. 8) On the bedside drawers in the bedroom the drawer was hanging off. Tried to come to a resolution with the host before I posted this review but they’ve been ignoring my messages. Definitely would not recommend.
