The little cottage was decorated beautifully, small touches like milk in the fridge, dog treats (although we didn't take ours) and biscuits were all a lovley extra touch and meant they were things we didn't have to think about after a 3 hour drive. The cottage was so so clean and tidy, cleaner than a hotel room.

Nicely located it is about 5 mins of walking to see 90% of the old town. Hostel staff was super nice (i.e. Ella and Alex who always remembered me and were open to conversation and jokes). Welcoming place to come back to after a long day exploring the area!

Very clean property, well-furnished, just immediately convenient and easy to get into. Felt bigger than I anticipated and was ideal for the duration and purpose of my stay. Natural light in all rooms, quiet at night, ideally situated close to the river.

A small but annoying thing: no shower gel or shampoo provided, which most people I think wouldn't pack for short stays. Also, whilst I understand the reasons for it, not getting the check in instructions until a few hours prior to the check in time meant I was constantly double-checking my messages for the codes to get into the flat, which was a bit annoying on a work day with travel commitments. and having to make my way to Staines not knowing if I would be able to get in.

Perfect location for our stay to see the Killers at Co-Op Live! Every team member we came across was so friendly,professional and approachable. Really smooth check in and everything else was great!
