      The staff were friendly and helpful, good location with easy and safe parking. We had breakfast & dinner over our two day stay, which was very good. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere, it suited our needs just right, and good value for money. Thank you from happy customers.

      Excellent service and a great pet friendly hotel. We were all made to feel very welcome including our Labrador who was given a treat! A friendly bar and breakfast (which was included) was at the cafe across the road. We needed a quick takeaway breakfast and it was excellent.

      we had a main meal on the evening we arrived food was excellent very friedly staff Mathew took care of us was well well mannered to following moring we went down for breakfast not a great selection of cooked food bit disappointing

      on entering our room it seemed clean tidy but we had isssues with the base of the bed being sagging on one end of the base clear not checked but was told if customers dont tell us we dont know well thats why you should have room inspections other was the traffic noise because the room was so warm you had to have the window opened and the fan was very noisy couldnt really hear the tv as the volume is all set at level 24 now being slighty deaf in one ear it was really hard to hear so you had to close the window which then made the room extremely warm carp nights sleep we pointed these issues out in the morning and was move to wat we awere told the only availble room which as a family room single bed doucble bed and you couldnt swing a cat then the customer in the next room was very loud swearing arguing on her fone this went on for a few hours and only stopped around 23.00 hrs i asked the management to do sumething about it and they were really that much accomidating with my complaint i believe it was actually the bar man that went to her room and asked the lady to keep the noise down not management so over all £162 wasnt worth it and i will be writing to the hotel for a refund only thing i can see on moving in to second room the beds were comfortable enough and the staff were friendly the disappointing thing for me and my partner was i chose this hotel on reviews but never be back so disappointed

      Decent room in a good location close to Paddington Station and busstations around the corner. Very happy with the hotel accommodating a move to a higher floor room from the second night.

      The lower floor rooms are extremely noisy, it is almost as if you are sleeping in an underground station... Best to avoid when you are a light sleeper.

      Good central location. Old building with lots of character.

      As it is such an old building within a fairly built up area, it does not offer all the amenities that a new custom built Hotel can accommodate easily.

      Bed was not very comfortable. Woke up every morning with a stiff back. Very basic. Drinks expensive there, had to pay to park and I thought it was a bit pricey.
