Pleasantly surprised, a modern decorated spacious room,immaculately clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had toiletries, slippers and everything required.The location is surrounded by a small golf course and lake.Had dinner at the restaurant a Sunday lunch which was very good quality even at the end of the shift. The breakfast was also delicious and the dining room stylishly decorated.The hotel also has a little gym. I will definitely return.

Everyone had mentioned the bumpy road leading up to the hotel but it wasn't too bad.The property looks a little like an American motel layout I had stairs up one flight along a small walkway. The reception was redirected to the club house but I ended up around the back. It does have weddings and celebrations there but was quiet when I went.The room did get hot but the window could be opened and there was a fan provided.

The property itself is lovely and would have been rated a 9 - 10 had it been clean upon my arrival. It’s so close to city centre but in a quiet area of the city. It is safe and very comfortable, I will stay again. They had some teabags and sugar in the cupboard - which was thoughtful. There are cooking utensils to make a meal, microwave and plates & cutlery too.

I had to sweep the floor myself, the Rug on the floor sheds, so there were fluffy bits on the bedroom floor and in the lounge. The bedsheets had not been changed since the last person left, there was bodily fluid on the bedsheet and hair on the duvet cover. I took photos. I thank God, there were clean spare bed linens, so I had to change the beddings at 11pm before I could sleep. The shower head was very small, regulating the hot water in the shower was not easy, it was either hot boiled kettle water or freezing cold, so, it takes moments of trying to adjust the temperature to suit your need. The property could do with a new duvet, there’s lots of stains on the duvet which initially look like small insects but on closer examination seem like a spray of something black? It would be lovely if the had a kettle, I got around this by boiling water on the hob to make hot drinks. Three of the photos below were of the beddings in the bedroom, I do have more.

The hotel overcharged me for my stay. The breakfast was tiny, not plentiful. The fridge in the room could not be turned off and kept me awake at night. The owners were unfriendly.
