The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The location is very good for beaches and the town. The beds are very comfortable. The two bathrooms make the property practical and attractive to my family - husband, brother, sister-in-law and father-in law.

The garden is a great size and very safe for dogs and children. It could be made much better if the grass had been cut for our stay. Also, the garden needs some tlc. It has some lovely plants but isn't maintained well.

Best sausages in Blackpool, establishment catered for my partners Gluten Vegan type needs. Nice room, clean and large enough to swing a cat. Had a few nice chats with the owner. Well worth a stay would stay again.

Breakfast was fine...the staff were good, generally the room was fine but the bathroom didnt match the room. Great location to explore the Wiltshire Downs

The bathroom was in need of a refit, hot water tap constantly dripping, toilet seat well lose, shower cubicle grouting not good...on the turn. I would say generally needs a bit of a shake up as it has the potential to be a cracking location but let down by, cleanliness' which could be better and the staff better trained to deal with residents. I say this as I asked about my Sunday evening meal whilst having breakfast and was given a set times which I adhered to but later that afternoon when I turned up for my meal the restaurant had already closed, so I had to venture out into town to grab my evening meal. Strict logging in every morning with my car registration to prevent me from receiving a fine from the automated carpark cctv monitoring system... if you forget you get fined.

Room was verry small and we heard a lot of noise from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner - the souffle was exceptional

It's a great location Seaview 👌 It's clean .walkable to all places. The hotel manager Mr fleshy made sure we had good stay..

Our welcoming wasn't good ..we were given wrong rooms 😕. The old lady at the receiptoin pretending to be busy to work on us ..she refused the co-worker to give us good rooms...they left us no choice just to go with what was ontable from them.

Staff, lady at reception was rude and with attitude, couldn’t solve out the problem with internet connection, strangely hotel had only Open Wi-Fi Network connection

I have experienced smallest possible bathroom shower here. Sitting on loo you move, and you bump your elbow on either side to something. Shower enclosure is so small that you keep on hitting it as you are having bath. Staff at reception is very argumentative and whatever you tell they will drag the discussion to the point you end saying "may be its just me being dumb. "
