A lovely, well thought out annexe off the owners own home. Nice and clean and equipped with quality fixtures, furniture, and electricals. Lee and Natalie were on hand to help with any queries. After an earlier conversation, Natalie even found us details of a quiz night, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The annexe is ideally suited for those wanting to explore Norwich and the Norfolk Coast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice bar/outdoor area, hairdryer provided with average tea/coffee facilities, liive entertainment was playing in bar area on the evening of our stay which was lovely to see and hear, very good location close to good travel networks, easy check in out process

We were allocated room on 6th floor and there isn't enough clear signage to maneovere and orientate our way to and from room and no one explained you need to use room key card to operate lift...sounds nit picky but you want to move around hotel without confusion. Bathroom very compact and not to our liking think airplane style. Bed not the comfiest and ours had wooden under suport strap missing which you could feel, in shower body wash dispenser pump didnt work although i always bring our own toiletries, all in all passable hotel with pleasant staff but not what we expected and wouldn't stay here again.

Exceptionally well appointed room with comfortable bed and plenty of space. Spacious bathroom with excellent shower, off an entrance lobby so not directly connected to the bedroom.

"Breakfast on the go" was surprisingly meagre given the standard of the accommodation: packet of cornflakes and a Happy Valley oat bar plus small carton of apple juice and an apple, though milk for the cornflakes apple and juice were in a mini-fridge, which was good. It would have been much better to have, in addition, say a croissant with butter and jam or cheese, or a breakfast hamper like the one I got at the following night's accommodation, with a variety of cereals, bread and waffles for toasting and variety of jams and fruits, and a napkin! The towel in the shower was also disappointingly meagre. Television signal was poor so picture and sound kept breaking up. Property was difficult to find - I drove round the village 3 times before locating it. The address is given as Church Street but it is in fact in Station Road, and the Curly Tail sign can be seen only when approaching from the west. (It is located in the curtilage of the Blue Boar, which is in Church Street, but the Curly Tail building and the access is in Station Road.)

Location was great close to what we needed, staff was polite and welcoming once in the property.

Waited 10 mins outside ringing the bell before another guest let us in to check in well after the checking in time, once in took maybe another 10 minutes to answer the bell we was asked to ring. Come to order tea for the night to be told after paid and drinks bought that they couldn't serve what we wanted due to not having it in stock, should have told us before ordering then drinks could have been a choice. A curfew for 1am (understand for they safety) but only a few late door keys so if you dint have one it's a risk to not be back for 1am, so felt we was clock watching all night as we actually was
