Location is ideal for the airport and rooms are very quiet. Air conditioning works well if just a little loud. Staff polite and friendly and there was a good selection for breakfast although a little disappointing that there was no bacon. Also instructions on how to get decaf drinks from the coffee machine would have been a good idea.

A centrally located hotel that is very comfortable and great value for money. Our room was large and airy, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great, too!

Good space for a family. The kitchen in particular was very useful for our two young children. It was a very clean and pleasant space to be in, spacious and had a good tv.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly so not able to get privacy when using the loo or shower. Could’ve done with some hooks to hang bath towels, shelving in the bathroom to put your toothbrush and wash stuff, and a mirror mounted on the wall. I found the main bed quite hard but maybe a softer mattress topper would improve that.

I’m a non smoker and the previous guest had clearly managed to smoke in the room especially the shower room. There was a lot of noise pollution from the fridge which was in the bedroom and there must be some sort of generator near by which never stopped. It was a humming noise. Between the smell of cigarette smoke and the noise I did not sleep well.

So many stairs, which is not mentioned in booking information. We had no way of knowing that this suite was on the 4th floor. Very small shower. No cleaner comes in unless you stay for more than 7 days. Could have at least had a broom.

Bathroom was very small - we’re all tall. Relocating the shelf to the end of the bath would free up more space in the shower. Outside area needs a real good tidy and spruce up. The weather was lovely when we stayed but we didn’t sit out as the area was tatty. There was a waft of “bad drains” in the kitchen at times. Drains/fridge? It would have been helpful if there were a few essential condiments in the property - a little oil, salt, pepper.
