Excellent location, very well appointed. We were so warmly greeted by the staff who were exceedingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Food was superb. We will be returning soon

Plenty and varied menu and no trouble for it to be altered, always hot and I scoffed the lot! Lovely family, always helpful and cheery. I'd recommend the venue.

My disable friend realised we should'n't have booked his en suite room as it was on the first floor , as we were told it was when we booked it so the steps were too much for him. I was on the top, right under the roof, with a great view of the water and I had my own shower and toilet just 3 steps away. I like the two wee wooden square blocks hanging on the wall in lieu of a wardrobe (there was no room to fit one in). Lovely bed. and a reading lamp at the right height.

Parking. Initial info on website gave the impression of parking on site. Annoying to have to book through a separate website / app. Couldn’t work out how to apply discount code which couldn’t be rectified so paid the full amount.

The man in charge was very quick to sort out any little problems. Unlike some of the other hotels in Sidcup, I knew that my car, which I had to bring this time, was safe inside the locked gates at night, and during the day, if I wasn't there.
