couldn't believe how spacious this apartment was, we visited as a group of friends visting my cousin for the weekend. But after leaving knowing i could bring my family here comfortably. Very modern and has everything you need

Comfy beds, relatively clean, quiet area near to town with lots of available uber drivers, parking right outside. The host is very responsive & friendly & came out really quickly when we had an issue & sorted it.

The oven is quite difficult to use, there's no instructions available to help either. The house isn't carpeted so it's very echoey & the hallway lights are on a monitor so kept coming on randomly through the nights. None of these are really bad issues though in fairness.

Loved the gorgeous location and the great woodland garden. Fabulous views. Very convenient for Swanage, Corfe Castle and the coast. Loved the bed..very comfy. Very nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

We had the most uncomfortable settee. When you sat on it you fell to the middle, not to mention the extremely hard seat cushions. Hated the office wooden blinds. Hated the laminate flooring in the lounge. Hated the cheap officr carpet up the stairs. Hated the fridge sat on the floor in the lounge. The bedroom had no wardrobe, no chair and no mirror except a 4-inch vanity mirror. To dry my hair I had to use the hairdryer in the bedroom and then go oit of the room to the top of the stairs to look in the mirror hung there...far from ideal. There was only one bedside cabinet. The furniture that was there was naff cheap laminated mdf. Staff were nice but missed giving us sugar in the room, despite missing it and being asked for it. For somewhere that advertises itself as full of historical charm, the lounge area was completely devoid of charm or comfort. Very disappointing for £175 a night.

Breakfast was good, nice lounge area and comfortable bed. Lovely surprise to have some sparkling wine in our room - thank you!

Dinner food was expensive - £23 for fish & chips! Towels were very small. The outside of the hotel needs a bit of upkeep / repainted etc.

Flat is next to the tube so can be a bit noisy. Didn't bother me as I am a heavy sleeper but i guess it can affect sleep quality if one is a light sleeper.
