Lovely Room, very comfy bed -> we didn't even want to get out of bed at first! Absolutely loved the possibilities with the tea and coffee set and the TV with several Apps too. Didn't try the breakfast though as we only had to walk about 20 minutes to the center. Really lovely stay, thank you! :)

Comfortable room with amenities. Breakfast was excellent but busy and the staff were always attentive and friendly, The staff were helpful when I needed a little help.

Bar a little pricey and the road noise was awful as we had the window open, other than that no issues.

We had to wait a very long time for our dinner, then when I eventually got mine it was cold and I had to send it back, also my husband ordered onion rings and never received them.

Room poorly maintained with broken air conditioning, several tears in the carpet, broken toilet roll holder that almost broke my toe, uncomfortable lumpy pillow and no Sky Sports. When calling reception after 11pm, the two night porters were in the office and not answering the phone. I know this as my work colleague stayed on the phone whilst I went down to reception. I could see them in the back office chatting whilst the phone was still ringing. When I called to them they came out and still left the phone to ring. When I mentioned your phone is ringing they said it’s ok. I explained it’s not as that’s my colleague who’s been calling you guys for the past 5 minutes. These two guys were clearly not interested in addressing any issues.
