I was travelling alone with my 7 week old baby, so had lots of bags and its difficult when your on your own with a newborn to carry and stay with the baby. On arrival I was greeted by Andrea, she was warm and friendly I was nearly an hour early and she said the room was ready and helped me to get my bags upstairs. She explained where everything was and what to do if I needed anything. The room was very clean and lovely bedding and pillows. Andrea provided a cot for the baby also. Tea and coffee with kettle and glasses in room and also a fridge which was really useful. I walked into town it was nice walk and only took 15/20 minutes...... to drive in was only 4 minute drive. Overall just a lovely place to stay and I would definitely go back. And great value for money.

Peaceful & Farmer Dan, took us on a farm tour. Dan & Nicky also gifted us some of their pork sausage. It was yummy. The second loo was great to have. Our dogs were safe in the garden.

A couple more cups & plates would be useful . The garden (roses) could do with a bit of care.

Was an absolutely beautiful place with oven, sofa, 2 TVs, comfy bed, balcony and lots of other great facilities. was also a great location, right by the sea nice and central

this is quite a big issue as it plays into health and safety: the radiator in the bathroom was on way too hot and I ended up quite badly burning myself on it. was very sad as the rest of the stay was great but this was super dangerous, especially as there were not instructions on how to turn the heating down/off

Location excellent, near beach . Easy to walk into Newquay. Best tapas food in area.

2 bed house was nice . Few issues with balcony which had not been cleaned. Old leaves dirt from gutters Dirty ashtray. This just let it down Spoken to staff at hotel regarding this not bothered. Which was a shame as apartment was nice

Very dusty smelling even stated by our 4 year old son. The rooms had a smell of damp as there was little ventilation and the carpets were very dated smelling of dust. The staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming, it’s like they didn’t notice us walk in on a few occasions. Also, we booked the hotel to be able to use the pool with our son but he could only go in the pool at 9am or 5pm. This isn’t very useful when visiting as most people want to sight see in the morning and the later swim time was over meal times which is not ideal for a 4 year old. The breakfast was expensive for the quality of food in the continental and even the cooked options. Would be happy paying more if it was worth it.
