* The location - a 2 minute stroll to the beach, shops and pubs * The house - perfect for a team or group of friends. All separate rooms with mostly ensuite allowing for privacy and down time if needed. * The facilities - pool table room, cinema room, hot tub, ensuite rooms, dining room, the bar area.... the glass cleaner on the sink (genius), the log burner! * The host - communication was high via Whatsapp and Stephen was excellent he recommended a place for us to eat - Osbournes which was also fabulous! All in all a really great stay.

* We would've liked a couple of larger towels or bath mats out of the shower as we had to use towels to not get the floor wet - but this is a very minor gripe * Another sofa or two would've been nice in the bar or where the pool table, again a minor thing ... (we climbed Snowdon so the team on Saturday night wanted to chill with a drink together in the bar area but the stools weren't the best for lounging on).

The apartment has all the facilities for a short vacation ( fridge, hair dryer, space to deposit your things ). The location is very good, 2 minutes by foot from the Earl's Court underground. The host is thoughtful and friendly, we had a smooth communication, she let us some chocolate and water bottles.

For me it was not a problem or a con, but you should be aware that there is no lift in the building and the apartment is on the third floor and the staircase is kind of narrow.

The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was beautifully done. The toiletries were fantastic and my room was spacious and had a view over the street. The location was good for the west end, and parks. The area is quiet and green and very walkable.

It was a bit draughty but this had been taken into account with the curtains. I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room. The staff reception area was too small for the number of staff who were busy. Although the hotel is trying to introduce codes for all access it was obvious that friendly and helpful staff are still needed.

Lovely modern property with comfy beds and nice and clean. We were staying for a wedding and the trip to and from the venue was easy from the property.

Only problem was there was no lock/lock didn’t work on the bathroom which meant for some rather awkward encounters!

We stayed at number 5 on the top, looking at Warren St. Room was sunny, spacious and quiet. Very close to bakeries and the tube station.Bed was comfy.

Narrow staircase. No front desk. We had to wait for the check in till 3 pm and had to check out at 11 am. So we paid a lot for luggage storing.

The area shows quiet some tramps with a lot going on in the night. Even on a Wednesday. The welcoming desk is hardly in operation. Likely during the day when noone is there. No breakfast options at sll.

Dishwasher already broken when we arrived. The site was not busy so why put us in an apartment with a broken dishwasher and no kitchen pack . No Wi-Fi in property should have been told this before booking
