I stayed with my 10 year old Grandson he thought it was fun & great. He was really looking forward to have a bath in the whirlpool bath but we had to change room due to water in sink the plug was stuck. But we got moved to a sea view room which had a shower. Then I used shower first but it was a new shower but could not turn temperature down so was too hot for him but he wasn't bothered he really liked his stay he thought he was staying in the King's room. We would stay again Thanks.

Queuing up to check in even though Adults get mad about Queuing if you've got children with you they get more impatient & tend to mess on more so stress the Adults out more.

We did not stay at the property as we were informed by the owner that repairs to the roof adjacent to 10 was being carried out. As I suffer badly from noise pollution we advised her we would not stay and indicated we would ask for a refund. She told me to speak to who we booked with. This was Booking.Com, and we contacted them to inform them. We are still waiting for our refund! Please arrange this. Kind regards Carol Oldham.

Food was very good - breakfast very average - upgrade of room nice but disappointed no mini bar and key to room worked after 5 attempts and safe lock never worked so couldn’t use

Staffs attitude, events managers understanding of our venue requirements even though I did think they were on board until I got there ,events room was not laid out as requested, Prosecco not ready for guests, was booked as a social event with a meal in evening but staff told to lay as a business banquet!! . Attitude of receptionist even accused me of not believing her when I queried my booking payment - no confidence in answering any of our queries - obvious the staff were not happy that we werent happy and made us become negative all night to their attitude, and obvious they didn’t like the fact we were not happy customers. Spent a lot of money here and were not very accommodating with any discounts, asked to pay for 18 meals 5 days in advance due to amount of orders to advoid anytime delay in getting our meal even though we still didn’t eat until over 1 hr later than asked to be seated - overall disappointing

The only good thing about this place is location. Apart from that everything is so out dated. We didn’t enjoy our stay there.

The lift was broken when we were there so we had to use stairs to go up to 3rd floor. Room direction wasn’t clear and the staff didn’t help us to find our room

It was dirty, stains all over the sofa, the shower was behind the bathroom door and you could actually sit on the toilet and shower cause you had to sit sideways to use the toilet. The bathroom got soaked and everything in it.
