Plenty of tea/coffee available in the room and a mini fridge for cold drinks/snacks. Enjoyed the overall design of the room/bathroom, the light up mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch and convenient for doing makeup in the morning.

Unfortunately my television did not work, the night staff member was unable to help and left. The toilet seat was broken, the shower was very slippery and the drainage was not great so it spilled out on to the bathroom floor. The hotel is also quite dark and dingy in the hallways and check in area.

The location was good for our work on Hayling Island only 20 minutes away. Staff on the whole were great, couple of miserable ones at the bar and restaurant.

Breakfast was ok but a cooked breakfast is full English or nothing. Could do with a bit more of a variety. Stayed on three occasions over the month and found that all rooms need attention. Some maintenance and overhauling needed.
