I loved my stay here. My apartment was so comfortable and spacious. Paul the manager was so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy, fantastic shower and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was perfect , close to all restaurants and bars. The promenade was a few minutes away. I enjoyed it that much , I extended my stay. I’d highly recommend these apartments. Great value for money. Thanks for making me feel so welcome and for a great stay. Will definitely be returning soon.

We arrived early and asked if we could leave our car in the carpark while we explored the village. Our host booked us in , nothing was too much trouble for him. Amazing breakfast. Good choice of cereals, fruits juices and pastries.Tea and coffee. Choice of foods and all freshly cooked to order. A big room, lovely furnished. Comfy bed and bedding, fantastic shower.

Our room overlooked the beer garden, it was a lovely evening and we had the window open, Customers were noisy but I don't blame them.

The staff were friendly and provided a map of Manchester suggesting places to go. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was easy to get to from the main train station. The Wi-Fi worked a charm even for online gaming. The room cards are wooden and very stylish looking.

The room is very cramped. There is no table, chair or anything in the room except a bed and a TV mounted high to the wall. There is not much space between the bed and the walls. I could not comfortably move around at all and had to keep all my luggage tidy so I could walk between the bathroom and the bed. I had to be careful where I placed my suitcase as to not obstruct a walkway or the room door opening. After having a shower I had to go out of the bathroom because there is not enough room to dry yourself. My room was right at ground level and opening the blinds even a little bit would expose my room, so I left the blinds closed during my entire stay. The hotel policy is that they do not do room service unless you stay longer than 3 nights, which is fine but unexpected. I had to ask the reception for new towels.

A beautifully converted barn with gorgeous views from the first floor living room of the surrounding countryside.

Fine for us but rural location so if you don’t want to drive it’s approx 3 miles into St Ives. Jenni our host was really helpful with taxi numbers into St Ives.

I would have rated zero if possible. 1. When I reached the property I was asked to wait 30 mins on the road as the room was not ready. 2. No internet was available. 3. Private bathroom was mentioned with the room but it was not there. We used a shared bathroom. 4. It was the dirtiest property I have ever booked. 5. If you observe the reviews, most of them are fake and same person has multiple reviews which shows those may be from owner himself. Extremely disappointing, I would recommend Booking.com to evaluate the property first before approving as I see a potential of loss of business listing such properties.
