Denise and Bernie were great hosts, with very quick communication. They were very accommodating and even modified our booking to have one more person stay with us. The properly itself was very spacious, and looked exactly like the photos and description. It was very cosy and was perfect for my little bros birthday trip to Alton towers. I would highly recommend staying here as we all loved our stay with them!

It was a bit difficult to find the property as it doesn’t exist on maps but Denise and Bernie did message prior to the stay with clear instructions of how to get to the property if this happened so all was well in the end.

Joy the owner was absolutely amazing. The guest was definitely treated extremely well and highly respected. Joy went out of his way to ensure our group of ten had everything we needed..and more.. Our breakfast was the best ever with a fantastic menu superbly cooked and presented.

The room was very clean with a lovely view of the beach. The food was excellent, plenty of choice for breakfast and well cooked. The views from the restaurant were breath-taking. Loved the staircase with the art nouveau details. Great location and spacious car park.

The room was excellent. We did not stay for breakfast as we had a tight schedule to get to Bracknell 200 miles and there were lots of roadworks on the M!

The location was perfect, very central but we were not disturbed by people leaving restaurants, bars or clubs.

I could not access my emails so checking in was a nightmare. We couldn't check in or access the key code until we paid another deposit. Then when we were finally able to sort this the link failed and we still couldn't access the key safe code. We ended up calling a number of times to remedy this but it took an hour to sort it all out. The lady we spoke to was very helpful and lovely but not everyone has access to Wi-Fi or emails and mobiles when travelling. We ended up with a fine from a traffic enforcement officer, we don't know the city and ended up parked in an area we were not allowed to whilst trying to maintain a Wi-Fi signal and close to the apartment. It was very stressful and this process needs reviewing.

Photo totally misleading. No lift 3 floors. No washing machine. What was described as a 700sq foot flat ended up to be a 280sq foot. Smell pee in the bathroom . And limited facilities as too small.
