Lovely hotel with really pleasant, attentive reception staff. The room was perfect, bath / shower / toiletries tea & coffee facilities / iron & board Immaculately clean with good towels & bedding. Bed was super comfortable Highly recommend the breakfast, again the restaurant staff were marvellous, so friendly. It didn't feel like a hotel restaurant & you have a glorious view of the runway. Food itself was spot on, plenty to choose from & lots of options. Even the coffee was decent 👌 I would 100% stay here again

Staff very friendly. Decorated room for daughters birthday which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was nice with a wide range of choice (even fussy 6 year old enjoyed it) Room clean and tidy.

Pillows where a bit too soft for my liking but again cant fault the hotel as this is personal preference. Also got woken up at 5.50am due to inconsiderate guests shouting/ slamming doors etc outside our room but again this isnt the hotels fault and i guess some people have no consideration for other guests.

Amazing location, didn’t have to walk far to get anywhere we needed to be. Lovely sized room for two of us to get sorted and partner loved all the sky channels.

Bed was rock hard and pillows too soft unfortunately so didn’t wake up very refreshed.

We've stayed here several times and always find it super convenient, very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

The only downside on this stay was that the room felt overly hot and stuffy; the windows of the rooms at the back of the hotel don't open very far and they get full sun in the afternoon (and there's no aircon). It'd be great if the windows could be adjusted to enable them to open further and allow some air to circulate.

We didn’t actually stay in Kingsway house, but in 36 Harley Street, as the owner messaged me a few days before to say that Kingsway house was unavailable. Unfortunately we found the property very dirty. Cobwebs in most rooms, filthy carpets, the bed slats on my bed was broken so i fell through the first night. Frayed wires on one of the bedroom lamp, or plug sockets that didn’t work at all. The upstairs shower was unusable as it was either scalding or freezing. My bedroom door wouldn’t shut. There was tips in a few of the net curtains and the curtains in the downstairs bedroom had about three inches of dirt and grime on them. I suffer from a dust allergy so spent the whole weekend coughing, sneezing and itching. There was mould in the bathrooms, broken plastic in the upstairs bath, a broken hinge on the toilet door, a broken light switch in the downstairs toilet, which also had a broken lock on. The back room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever, as there were broken blinds and a pile of dead flies on the windowsill and floor. lt was a special weekend for us as it was my daughters birthday and we were there for their dance competition, and after staying her, spoilt it for us.
