This is a very good choice as it's right next to Aldgate tube whilst Aldgate East and Fenchurch Street stations are just 5min walk away which is super convenient. For 10min walk you will get to London Liverpool Street station which is also very good. The hotel is located not far from many restaurants in the direction of London Liverpool Street station so all good. Don't forget to checkout the bar on the 14th floor with a great view of the city's old CBD quarter which is vibrant when it comes to night time. I didn't check it out for sunset but I guess it'd be very nice too! Pretty much every room got a view so this is another thing I like about this hotel. The janitor lady was very nice as she tidied up my room everyday without me asking for it (I know some other hotels they just do it upon request). I will definitely book this one again next time I'm in the city.

The only thing I feel there could be an improvement is the breakfast menu as I had the same dish for 3 days in a row as I didn't know what else to choose! To be fair there are like 9-10 items on the menu but they all didn't sound very tasty when I read it. I went for the avocado toast but would love to go for something else when they have more choices.

Great communication before, during and after our stay. Excellent location for central Milton Keynes. Compact with everything we needed and were able to cater for ourselves as a family

Noisier than we are used to but that's only because we had younger children.

This is a family style pub, with large gardens and its own restaurant. Large on site and free parking also available.

The room did not have air conditioning and was quite hot, although a small fan was provided.

Breakfast was ok. Parking outside the hotel with a cheap £2 voucher was spot on..

Our experince was not plesant from the first min we checked in. Room offered was a little run down. Ripped net curtains, windows painted shut, also a lick of paint ( im in the trade, wouldnt have gone a miss. ) But the main issue was on arriving at the room, the room opposite was occupied by drug users who were smoking joints in their room. How staff never smelt the drugs is beyond me. Turns out drug users had been there for a few days prior to us arriving. The whole corridor stunk. Staff wanted us to stay in that room opposite theres. Saying they were going to air the room. How? Windows would not open. Eventually they kicked the drug usees out, who were still smoking drugs when they knocked on their door after we comlained. Ok eventually they moved us to to another room. This room was slightly better, but had same issues , painted windows shut and ripped, very old net curtains. That was the plus. Ok not all staffs fault. But the smell should have attracted staffs attention straight away. Well before we arrived.
