Lovely individual hotel if you are looking for something a bit different. Exceptionally clean and staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had as it was all fresh and local.

The place was clean and is basically apart of the Nox studios I have stayed in before in Waterloo and loved.

The fact that it's on a busy main road with terrible quality double glazed windows? Makes no sense whatsoever, it's like the windows need properly securing and installing as this has clearly been a botched job. I stayed in 103 and downstairs below thee is a barbers shop that is basically the day time rave... There is absolutely no reason why that music should be set at that level of volume from 9am- 6:30pm. I mentioned this to The Hendon Studios who did absolutely nothing about it, which kind of sucks because it's in your best interests to speak to the neighbouring properties and say "hi, I'm trying to run a business here adequately, please can you be respectful of the noise." The Studio told me that they cannot do anything as it isn't other guests it's actually the barbers shop ^ your solution is here. Communication. The morning of my check out, (before 11am) I had the house keeper not only make lots of noise outside my door prior to my check out time but she actually physically knocked on the door way before my checkout time asking me to check out, "check out." Rude and completely unacceptable. The place was clean, Hendon train station is around the corner which is great and they supplied coffee/pots and and a pan, but the Netflix stopped working as a guest half way through my stay and I couldn't sleep due to poorly installed botched job windows and the Barbershop rave downstairs. Sadly wouldn't stay here again.

Location, easy stroll to town and river. Was clean. Did the basics for one night.

Breakfast was not available but included I price. We were given a reason why but no solution or refund. Should have had coffee machine in room. Instead was a kettle and sachets of instant coffee and no milk. Macerator on toilet was very noisy. Water pressure in shower weak. Bed felt tired - could feel the base through the mattress. Was all just very basic

Linen and towels were old and had stains. Laundered, but not hygienic. 2nd floor with no elevators. Take note no hair dryers.
