Daniela was very helpful with parking and sights as well as arranging hot tub. Facilities were excellent, room was super clean Bed was very comfortable. Proximity to town and pier.

Due to the location of the hotel, you don't really have a view of the sea It was quite noisy in the morning outside the room as it is right next to the street.

-Not ideal if traveling without a car with family and luggage as it is a 4 minute walk to collect the key from the flat. Key located at a service station. -We stayed on the 1st floor . Top floor was a family with kids and we did not get much peace and quiet with the children running around. (I contacted MICA properties only to be told I SHOULD have asked for a top floor during my booking!) I did requested for a quiet room when I booked it so my request was not fulfilled. -We stayed over the weekend and 1 of the nights the flat next to us was blasting rave party music throughout the night. We had to ask them to be quite at 11pm but they continued until past 1am (they did lower the music slightly after our complaint) - I paid £513 (including £10 parking) for 2 nights of destructive stay. Definitely NOT worth the price. I'd rather stay in 2 x hotel rooms which cost cheaper. (non-refundable so I could not cancel my stay) - Parking space not suitable for a big car. The car next to ours struggle to get in and out due to the length of our electric car. We were worried about our car throughout our stay . MICA offered us another bay to park but we were already checking out the next morning (In future, maybe ask what car your customer will be driving when taking payment for parking) Will we return? It's a definite NO

Entrance not very welcoming. Beers on offer in pub downstairs appalling! Lots of ale taps but nothing on.

There was No food available because no Chef. Was woken up by fire Alarm continually from approx 4am Weird People loitering around.
