literally 20yds from train station door, wasn't expecting rooms to be special but our room was king size and large , airy .... room was very quiet ... even late night friday and saturday...... all rooms are room only , which means you are paying each morning for breakfast , but this is a good thing as you have access to full Wetherspoons menu , which is always quality , and always reasonably cheap

lift and main stairs are at rear of building at hotel entrance , and our room was at front , lot of walking both up and down stairs due to it being an old building with local quirks ........ that was only real issue

I arrived quite late and left early in the morning, they arranged a transfer to the airport for me. It was a good place for a one-night stay. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom very nice as well.

parking spot made it easy to load and unload. cabin was clean. and tidy. Cabin set in it's own garden. I liked the open layout. Views over the fields and you can see the sea in the distance

Cabin showed it's age in some points. We had one issue, but it was quickly sorted out by the vendor.

Little 2 bed room had a sink in it which was nice. Duvet and pillow were great and comfy. Great facilities at the common areas, bar, dining room, self catering kitchen and games room :)

I found the mattress thin, with the (wooden/metal) support grid underneath making it uncomfortable unfortunately.

The hotel was a short drive to the city centre. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

There was only three spaces to park one side and the other was for electric cars. So had to park in a side street. The rooms are very dated and you can hear the traffic from the main road

It was absolutely filthy. The whole apartment appeared like it wasn't cleaned prior to check-in. The bed linen was dirty, and we couldn't sleep on the beds. I've informed the host about how dirty the apartment looks and no response. The host is not supportive and not helpful at all. We ended up checking out earlier as a result. I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!
