The property is very welcoming, instantly a feeling of relaxation! There was a very generous welcome basket, as well as fresh eggs etc. My husband loved the coffee maker, especially for the mornings! Kerry is above and beyond as a host! She makes you feel special and spoilt! Her bread ,yogurt, and extras that she so generously prepares are amazing! Also pulling the blinds in the morning and watching the pigmy goats playing and birds singing all adding to the experience!

Great central location, and the next door cafe Dough was amazing for breakfasts. Spacious apartment although be aware the bed is mzzanine with a vertical wall ladder to access. Shower was great.

Excellent location for a very early flight and considering the room is by the runway, it had very impressive sound proofing and I could barely hear anything.

The bathroom is a wet room and the water didn’t really flow away down the drain very well after a shower, so the floor was wet for a few hours afterwards. But was dry in the morning. The room was a bit of a box and was just room enough to sleep and nothing else. But for airport purposes, that’s what it’s for I suppose!

the lifts are terribly slow. I have a leg injury so it was difficult at times to wait and ended up needing to take the stairs more than I normally would because the lifts were so delayed.

I asked for an iron and ironing board for my room, there was no telephone so I had to call the hotel via my mobile and then travel down to reception to pick it up myself before returning to my room. Staff were lovely however it would have been a nice extra touch to have that level of hospitality
