Loved the location. The hotel has recently been decorated, really nice. Can park opposite for £20 (24 hours) or just up the road by theatre for free. Call hotel beforehand and they can advise. Great bars along the marina & shops. Plus right near a lovely beach and largest Weatherspoon in UK :)

If you are at the front of property you may hear the nightlife (even though hotel do make you aware of this)

Very bad hotel...I hate there service...there have no any napkin and they use 2 single bed together as a double bed its was most expensive room in see view side......it's hurting people....there service is very very bad....don't go there hotel...

All good Staff were all friendly bedroom was clean and shower was very good Then the breakfast was really very good, you had a choice between a menu or you could help yourself to a good choice of breakfast that’s was fresh and hot

The location was great - only a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking was available. The flat was very quiet. The facilities were fine.

The flat was dark due to the design and the dark furnishings didn't help. The cleanliness was passable, but could have been better. The bed was not particularly comfortable, but we managed to have an okay sleep. The TV didn't work well with a poor quality picture and very limited channels; we couldn't access the main 5 channels at all and gave up in the end. The oven wasn't in use, the door trim in the bathroom was coming away and was quite sharp. The shower was okay but the temperature fixture fell off and needed to be put back on. No tea or coffee. The flat had a smell similar to my experience of budget hotels. With more attention to detail this flat could have been so much better.

Keys were in the door when we arrived handy for the ferry.
