This apart hotel is brilliant. The leisure facilities were a great addition to our stay and we used the pool every day of our 4 night 5 day stay. On arrival the Lytham Music Festival was in full swing in the park opposite which we happily joined. The fair ground, music & food trucks were fantastic. We managed an early check in with very pleasant, helpful & very professional staff. I had a back massage in the spa which was amazing. Our room was on the top floor but very nice, stylish, clean & a very good size. The kitchen was the best bit. Great appliances, well equipped and a good size to cook full board. We even got a sea view! We were very happy here for 4 nights in a lovely location run by a very good team. We loved the area and would love to return very soon.

The only thing was, that the jacuzzi & sauna was out of service due to ongoing deep cleaning works which we were made aware of at our booking 2 weeks before our arrival. It would have made our visit even better but it's something we can look forward to next time we visit and expectation was very well managed by the team.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable, we paid extra to get a view of the river, the bathroom was a nice size with plenty of hot water, the only downside to the room was that there were no carpets on the floor so I would guess this was a dog friendly room, so was not very happy about that. The breakfast was very nice, good selection of food, only thing was the coffee was very weak, no matter how long you let it stew. We found the food in the restaurant in the evening to be very expensive, I had a burger & French fries , that was £19, at those prices we only ate there once.

Did not like the price of the food for a evening meal. The bar looked well stocked yet when I asked for a Sothern Comfort & lemonade got told they have no call for that so don't stock it, to which I replied how do you expect to sell it if you don't have it in the first place. Finally having no carpet on the floor in the room put me right off, nothing worse than having to walk on hard floors :-(

The apartment , and my room were really modern and beautiful. It’s a really well kept building, location is great, right in the middle of the city centre - off of Piccadilly Gardens and just across the square from the Arndale Centre on one side. To the other side it’s just a couple of block walk to Piccadilly Station which was really convenient for me. Room was simply, but clean and comfortable

Very welcoming staff who gave guidance the accomodation and breakfast and on availability of meals at the pub in the evening. Food was amazing fresh and tasty. The room was exceptional clean with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom cant fault this place would definitely recommend it and planning on returning excellent value for money

The room, gardens and patio all lovely. The building and decoration very good. A good golf course attached though I didn't play this time, I have in the past. Location for Stratford is excellent

Spa was excellent, though the lockers could not be secured without a personally supplied small padlock. I've mentioned the staff. Not all appeared unhappy but some did. I don't know the reason but, of course, I and my wife noticed. They were, however, still good at their job.

The house deserves 11 out of 10. It is a real gem in London. The garden is amazing and the flat is so unique and elegant.
