- “Everything was amazing and I would totally recommend. The house has loads of space inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped and there’s a washing machine and small dishwasher. Upstairs is a great space with a large bed, loads of storage, modern bathroom and lovely balcony facing the harbour. There’s water, coffee and basic supplies provided, Efthymios picked up and dropped off for the ferry plus he helped arrange a hire car and provided maps and advice. The sea, port and shops are very close and Chora and beyond a short drive. All in all it was perfect and I loved my stay.”

  Pleasant room, comfortable bed and easy chair, very friendly and helpful landlord and landlady. Tea,coffee etc provided plus a fridge with a bottle of cold water and a bottle of milk. Shower and bathroom good. Breakfast not provided but a great little friendly panini cafe very close by - highly recommended. Also the Red Lion and City Tavern Chester pleasant, good service and meals and friendly staff. VERY highly recommended is Katie's Tea Room, lovely staff, great cup of tea and wonderful cakes!

  Johnathan, Karen and the team are amazing and can't do enough for you. The rooms are cosy and clean. The breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is great to, right on the promenade, 5 mins from town and 10 from the harbour.

  All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They were quick to identify our needs and to ensure we had what we were looking for. The staff are the best part of this hotel.

  Auto check in did not work. Auto check out simply said we were not recognised. Waste of time. Helpful staff around to do it the traditional way. Bathroom was tired, no obvious way of using the towel heater and a bit of rust on the metal fittings. The yellow armchair didn't match the rest of the room's fittings.

  Chose to eat in the restaurant...had my order taken and then waited an hour (no exaggeration) for a burger (pictured)...couple opposite arrived and got their food first....when the burger turned up it was really low quality...compact, tough and virtually no flavour...tasted like a cheap burger at a sporting event...not what I expected for the price or how beautiful the accommodation is, food was a real let down in the evening but breakfast was lovely....odd
