The cottage is in an idyllic location with views of fields and horses. The rooms are clean and comfortable and it's quiet and peaceful up there in the mountains. We have everything we need in the kitchen to prepare simple meals. The host is friendly, welcoming and provides a lot of local information. We even got a discount in a restaurant when we showed the cashier the host's business card when we paid our bill.

My friend is very sensitive to noise and complained that the extractor fan in the bathroom woke her up in the middle of the night when I used the bathroom. She also preferred a more powerful shower. I think the shower is acceptable.

Beautiful self contained basement apartment in a quiet area not too far from town. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay especially if you were self catering. Appreciated the tea, coffee and milk available for our own use on arrival and throughout our stay. The little heater in the bedroom was useful to take the chill off the evening. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely and quiet, good location for visiting parks and city centre. Kitchen well equipped, dogs allowed. House, clean and functional.

Memory foam mattress was not so comfortable for us. Garden not secure for dogs so needed to be on leads.

Carew arms is a very pleasant pub surrounded by history in a fantastic location near Carew castle and it's tidal mill.

we stayed in a suite round the side of the hotel which don't get me wrong was very nice but extremely noisy could here next room flushing chain and flickering a light switch plus staff pushing trolleys around at stupid o clock understand they got a job to do but at least let us have a little lie in didn't help being next to the bit where they are stored

charged ridiculous amount for early check in, even though I was not staying til check out time. no flexibility. very noisy outside the room. work taking place at the hotel so no peace and quiet. house keeping were extremely loud in the corridors
