Communication was great, and although I didn't see a single member of staff all the time I was there, my check-in and stay went smoothly. The room was compact and bijoux, but we didn't need anything more than that, and I loved the wet room. Parking was fine. Found a spot not too far away and paid using the App. Download "paybyphone" App, find on street parking and avoid parking in Buzz Bingo car park that is much more expensive. About 5 mins from the sea and 15 mins into the town centre but plenty of bars and cafes en route. Did what it said on the tin and no problems.

I can imagine for some, the room could be a bit tight so worth baring in mind but for us it was simply a base to get our heads down.

We stayed here for a night during a road trip and were positively surprised. The hotel looks very luxurious and modern. Our room was very big and beautiful. We were very comfortable and had a very nice night of sleep.

Not very clean rubbish was still under the bed, water and as leaking through the bathroom ceiling and the shower didn't get hot.

Our room was to sleep 4 even though only a booking for 2 of us and they made sofa up as bed which we rather they hadn’t as they said they thought it was 4 staying. No wardrobes just drawers. Would of been nice to have a long mirror as the one in the room was above the bed which was too far to see in When using the hairdryer the plug socket was behind bedside cabinet and then I had to lean across to the bed to see in the mirror So maybe a table with a mirror with a plug socket would have been better. Noisy could here everything from garden terrace bar late evening

The hotel is in need of being upgraded rooms and hotel lobby’s look pretty dated . Bathroom in my room was clean But rather basic considering the room was advertised as a superior double room.

Bathroom plug doesn’t fit hole . Shower very difficult to turn on . One small light in room /too dull ! Need to keep big light on . No air con ! And bed mattress uncomfortable feels like ur rolling out the bed at the side . We were in room 221 . Just felt nothing went right . Could be doing with a fan in the room as it was too warm . Even with window open no air got in !
