Location : Perfect . I personally slept in the master bedroom and awoke at dawn to the glorious sunlight & view of rolling hills. Each room was thematically decorated with taste and quirky style with every mod con . It was also spotlessly clean. In the evenings we opened the bifold doors and had a cool evening in the relaxing garden lounge. We ate at home in the evenings as everything was catered to in terms of the very well equipped kitchen We drove down from oxford but got the bus down to the city everyday and did not need the car at a All.

Terry and Maureen were friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, overlooking the walls of Arundel Castle, very central in the quaint town of Arundel, near to everything. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, pastries and a choice of cooked dishes, plus lashings of fresh coffee. Terry makes a homemade indulgent, chocolate rocky road , cut into triangles and places on the tea coffee tray on a jar in my room. Delicious , even Moorish.

Very welcoming on arrival and so helpful as I was soaking wet from the rain . So helpful as they put my walking gear in the drying room , also my friend was unfortunately sent to hospital and would miss the evening meal which the pub offered to make her a sandwich if needed . Nice room , clean and a nice view . Great location if you are walking the coastal path . Thank you for all of your help . Lovely food aswell .

We stayed in the Cochrane room which was not spectacular like the room in the main picture with the four poster bed, but still a nice spacious room. Beautiful shared sitting area in the home with a coffee machine, drinks and snacks plus some extra things put out each morning for breakfast which was a nice touch. Local restaurant The Salisbury Arms was a good spot for dinner within walking distance.

A few parking spots were available on site but we found these really tight to use and street parking is permit only at odd times so could be tricky. A little far out of town but as uber in/out was around 7 GBP or $13. It could have been a little cleaner but otherwise good.

Great location in heart of city, so many bars and restaurants close by. Only around 5 minutes walk from main railway station. Bed was super comfortable. Your walking distance to cutural attractions.

Lighting in the room was poorly designed, could have done with single master switch by bed.
