Room was large. Clean and comfortable- my son loved the hot chocolate and biscuit treats- I don’t usually sleep well in hotels- but managed a good night here- bed was comfortable/ curtains blocked out good amount of light- the fan was a nice surprise to provide white noise- breakfast was nice and the lass serving was polite and managing the room very well despite being solo

Location was great - 5 minute walk to the tram stop. Most staff that we encountered were friendly - specifically reception at checkin and staff at breakfast. Breakfast was great and well worth it. Onsite car parking was the main reason why I selected this hotel. Carparking was great

Noisy - very noisy. No soundproofing and no easy closers on the bedroom doors. Woken several times by doors banging during the night. On the 2nd night there was a lot of noise in the corridor. Phoned reception and it was sorted promptly. The water at the handwashing sink is dangerously hot. There is a sign warning about hot water but this would scald you. Most people when washing their hands prefer to wash them in comfortably hot running water or warm water. The only option was to wash hands with cold water. These should be replaced with a mixer tap if water temperature cannot be reduced. The tv randomly turned itself on every so often when no-one was anywhere near it. We ended up unplugging it. Food in the bar was very poor quality and service not much better. No-one else was eating in the bar and the restaurant was totally empty - I understood why when the food came. All the other staff we encountered in other departments were lovely but bar staff unfriendly Our room was very very dated decor wise with very old fashioned light shades, patterned curtains and beige carpet. Only 2 plug sockets in the entire room. No great with the number of electronic devices that people need to charge nowadays but again goes to show how dated the rooms are. Tiles in the bathroom need re grouting. Overall, a semi - convenient location but not somewhere I would go back to unless they did some refurbishment Didn’t get asked on check out if everything was ok with our stay - found that quite bizarre. Female receptionist asked what room and then said that everything Thankyou and carried on typing on her computer. I think it’s maybe the first time that I haven’t been asked on checkout of everything was ok

Beautiful flat with tons of space. Two very large smart TV’a that were excellent and every cooking facility required for the stay. Beds were very comfortable and there were no issues

The property is in great location. The room was perfect size and clean, tidy. The bathroom was clean and tidy too.

The noise can be heard from the road, depending on where your room is located, I stayed twice, in different part of the hotel. One time it was ok, another time the noise were loud from the streets, even though there were double windows.

Room although clean was a bit shabby, cracked plaster, marks on walls. There was also about a 1cm gap at the moment of the door meaning I was disturbed anytime anyone walked past my room, especially because the floors in the corridors were very creaky, and the windows weren’t soundproof enough so I could hear everything going on on the patio area from my bed.

The floor in the room was creaking when I walked around on the way to the bathroom. The food choices in the food hall were poor- all junk food! If you wanted something hot to eat- it had to be Burger King junk!
